This has ben adapted from the 3 fat chicks website. Ingredients Enough spiral pasta for 8 people, cooked, drained and cooled. 2/3 cup nonfat yogurt 1/3 cup peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber 2 Tablespoons sliced gren onion 2 Tablespoons low-fat 1 percent milk 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon WW mayonaise 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic Pinch of sugar Method Mix the last 9 ingredients and toss through the pasta. Roasted chickpeas can be prepared in so many ways, here are just a few. Ingredients1 420 gram can of chickpeas 1 teaspoon oil MethodPreheat the oven to 200 degrees. Toss the chickpeas in oil and add in any additions. Make sure its well coated and roast in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes on a silicon baking sheet. Shake every 10 minute. Remove from the heat and cool. Store in an airtight container. Variations1 teaspoon of prepared curry powder, tossed in with the oil and heat heated for 30 seconds before roasting 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin |
