Condensed Milk Salad Dressing

Tis has to be a kiwiana classic.  It is great on salads, as well as hard boiled eggs and roasted potatoes.  Along comes summer and so does this dressing.

Ingredients

About half a tin of condensed milk, not evaporated but condensed
1-2 teaspoons of colmans hot mustard powder
1-2 tablespoons of malt vinegar

Method

Pour the condensed milk into a small jug.  In a cup mix the mustard powder with just enough of the vinegar to make a thick paste.  Add to the condensed milk and combined.  Dribble in the vinegar stirring to combine until the mix is slightly running.  It will thicken slightly on standing.

Last for ages in the fridge covered.
